Love Commitments Lingerie!! The sales gals are always so helpful, and they have the largest selection in Calgary. I always walk in saying I'm only going to buy one- and end up with a few more! So many amazing colors and styles. Highly recommend them!
Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewers. We've bought a few things at the store and we were super happy about the customer service and the quality of the items they carry. We bought a set of men's underwear and three days later noticed a hole after washing them, they tore right at the seam, which is obviously a defect in the underwear. I called and the salesperson said she would email the company to see what they could do, they were clear in stating they couldn't do anything for me, other than this email. We didn't a refund but maybe a new pair and she could have sent this one back for a quality check? I try really hard to buy local so I'm pretty disappointed in this store. That's okay, we just won't be buying there again.Update: Thank you Stefanie for helping us. I have updated my review to 4 stars. We were able to exchange for a good pair of underwear. We appreciate it very much.
